Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate.

  • You have reviewed your order details before submission.

  • You are authorized to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, or designs submitted.

CSS Printing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for the content of submitted artwork.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have permission to reproduce and print the materials provided.

CSS Printing is not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors in submitted artwork

  • Low-resolution files

  • Design errors supplied by the customer

  • Copyright or trademark violations related to submitted artwork

Customers should carefully review all files before submission.

Production & Turnaround Times

Estimated production times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

Production and shipping times may vary due to:

  • Order volume

  • Artwork issues

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

CSS Printing is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

While we will assist with carrier claims when possible, CSS Printing is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Custom printed products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Intellectual Property
