Refund policy


At CSS Printing, we take pride in producing high-quality DTF Transfers, DTF Gang Sheets, and custom printed products. Because most products are custom-made to your specifications, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Printed Products

All DTF Transfers, DTF Gang Sheets, custom apparel, signs, banners, and other custom printed products are made specifically for each customer. For this reason, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Customer artwork errors

  • Spelling or design mistakes in submitted files

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Color variations between screen displays and printed products

  • Orders approved and printed as submitted

Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork, sizing, and order details before submitting an order.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error caused by CSS Printing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement order

  • A reprint of the affected items

  • Store credit when appropriate

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only if production has not started.

Once artwork has been processed or printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Shipping Issues

CSS Printing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered when:

  • A production error was made by CSS Printing

  • The product received is significantly different from the approved order

  • A replacement is not a reasonable solution

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
