File Preparation & Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the best possible print quality, please follow these artwork guidelines before submitting your files. Properly prepared artwork helps prevent delays and ensures your DTF Transfers and DTF Gang Sheets print exactly as expected.

Recommended File Formats

For the highest quality results, we recommend:

✔ PNG (Transparent Background Preferred)
✔ AI
✔ EPS
✔ SVG
✔ PDF
✔ PSD

Resolution Requirements

  • Minimum 300 DPI at actual print size.

  • Low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated.

  • Avoid screenshots, web images, or compressed files whenever possible.

Transparent Backgrounds

For DTF Transfers, artwork should have a transparent background unless you intentionally want a background printed.

PNG files with transparent backgrounds are highly recommended.

Artwork Sizing

Please upload artwork at the size you want it printed whenever possible. Scaling small artwork larger may reduce print quality.

Color Mode

  • RGB files are accepted.

  • Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products.

  • We print artwork as submitted and do not color-match unless specifically requested.

Text & Fine Details

  • Convert fonts to outlines when possible.

  • Ensure small text and thin lines are large enough to print clearly.

  • Avoid extremely fine details that may not transfer properly.

Gang Sheet Preparation

When uploading a DTF Gang Sheet:

  • Keep all artwork within the sheet boundaries.

  • Leave adequate spacing between designs.

  • Double-check sizing before submitting.

  • Ensure all images are high resolution.

Artwork Review

Please review your artwork carefully before submitting.

Check for:

✔ Correct sizing
✔ Proper transparency
✔ High-resolution images
✔ Spelling and grammar accuracy
✔ Correct colors and placement
